I am a made-to-order baker. All of my ingredients are pure and natural. Many of my ingredients are organic and/or local. My specialty is layer cakes. My menu changes with the season.
My ingredients are 100% natural. I use organic flour, no exceptions. I use as many local, organic, and sustainable ingredients as possible.
What I Don't Do:
I am not a cake artist. I do not use artificial mediums like fondant, gum paste, food coloring or sprinkles. I do not create shaped cakes, sheet cakes, or themed cakes. I prefer to use fresh fruit, chocolate, flowers or other natural elements as adornment.
I do not make red velvet cake or funfetti cakes.
Some items are made without wheat or nuts. Some items are vegan. All of my baking is done in a kitchen that uses wheat, nuts, eggs, and dairy. There exists a potential for cross-contamination. Not recommended for those suffering from food allergies.
My impeccably clean home kitchen is licensed and inspected by the PA Department of Agriculture. I am ServSafe certified by the National Restaurant Association. I am fully insured.

You may pick up at my location: Redfield Drive, Doylestown, PA 18902. Delivery is also available within a five-mile radius of Doylestown, Bucks County for a flat fee of $10.
