We specialize in fine pastries, small desserts and layer cakes for small to medium size events. We appreciate as much advanced notice as possible as we are a small artisan bakery with limited space. We take orders on a first come/first serve basis and book up quickly during holiday and wedding season.

Do you create birthday cakes? Yes we do! Any of our layer cakes or cakelettes are perfect for a birthday celebration. We will gladly write Happy Birthday or Congratulations on your cake.
We do not use artificial food coloring or fondant. We do, however, have an ample supply of vegetable/fruit colored natural sprinkles to 'party up' your cake. Our round layer cakes range from a petite four-inch cake that serves 2, to an eight-inch cake that serves 12 but can easily serve 16.
What if I need a larger cake? We will happily provide multiple layer cakes for your event. Some of our customers prefer to buy one cake and a variety of cakelettes and macarons for larger parties.
Do you create wedding cakes? We lean towards the un-traditional. We create cakes for weddings but not the normal tiered wedding cakes due to space limitations. We love to create layer cake centerpieces adorned with fresh floral wreathes or loose flowers, towers of French macarons, petite tarts, cream puffs or cakelettes. We even create wedding pies. Quirky is our middle name.
We would love to meet with you to discuss your special event. We do not have formal tastings but we will be sure to have a few desserts on hand for you to try.
Fresh Flowers We partner with the exceptionally talented Kim Bensing of Studio Sprig to create beautiful local/sustainable/un-sprayed floral wreathes, herb and/or floral arrangements for special occasion cakes and towers.
How Do I Place an Order? The best way to order is by calling the bakery (267) 370-3958 or through email: kelly.onesweetbakingco.com. Please note that we are an extremely busy retail bakery and may not be available to answer the telephone during normal hours of operation. You will receive a quicker response via email. We will return calls within 24 hours. Please do not order via text or instant messenger.
How Much Notice is Required? We appreciate 1-2 weeks notice; sometimes we can accommodate a last minute request.
